Eurgh Reflects On “Blackout 5”

The Don’t Flop co-founder reveals his picks for battle and round of the weekend.

After calling out Organik and King Of The Dot during a battle in late 2013, Eurgh returned to the KOTD stage and officially buried the hatchet during this month’s “Blackout 5” in Toronto, Canada to face off against 24/7.

During Day 2 of the event, BattleRap.com caught up with the Don’t Flop co-founder to get his thoughts on the BO5 card and to hear what his favorite battles and rounds of the weekend were.

“I really enjoyed Con and Dumb, just them because I was a massive Dumfoundead fan back in the day and I was at his last battle. I was there when he battled PH so it’s great to see he’s still got it,” Eurgh says. “I’m a bit biased but I really enjoyed the [Kid] Twist and Knamelis vs. Shuffle-T and Marlo. As far as [Day 2] round-wise, [Rone’s] third round against Big T was fire.

“I liked how Dumbfoundead hasn’t changed his style but he’s just improved it like five years,” Eurgh added. “There’s a couple of filler lines and stuff I reckon he may have said back in the day that he didn’t say now, and same with Conceited. I knew Conceited was just gonna keep calling him Asian or whatever but it was really fucking funny.”
