Dirtbag Dan, who recently announced his DBDLP: The Dirtbag Dan LP and who is on The Hunger Pains Tour with Kung Fu Vampire and Wrekonize of Mayday!, recently spoke with HipHopDX about his album's new single "Concentrate" and the track's music video.
"I've always been a strong advocate of marijuana," Dirtbag Dan says in an exclusive interview with HipHopDX. "As a member of the medical cannabis community in California, I wanted to write a song about my preferred method of herbal healing.
"I recognized that there are people coming up today who are as accustomed to using the vapor pen or dab rig as I was to packing a bong rip or rolling a blunt," Dirtbag Dan adds. "I asked Skylar [G] to put together something extra slow, something people would feel in their chest. I feel like we succeeded in creating a dab anthem for the modern weed enthusiast."
