Aye Verb Says He Would Consider Ghostwriting For Another Battle Rapper

Aye Verb: "Morals don’t really exist in my world. I can’t buy things with morals. I'm about money. That’s all.”

In an exclusive interview with BattleRap.com, Aye Verb talks about ghostwriting and making money as a battle rapper. “I’ve been mainstream about 5 years," says the St. Louis, Missouri native. "I’ve made a lot of money.”

Aye Verb estimates that he annually earns “more money than teachers and police officers." He also says that none of Battle Rap's biggest names have to work side jobs because of the sub culture is in high demand.

[Math Hoffa] went from January to August before he got into his thing with Serius Jones," Aye Verb says. "Math could’ve made $100,000 [in 2013]. He worked. Math also moved to Miami after that and ain't have no problems. So Math spends half the year in Miami. He has a crib down there."

Aye Verb also explains that he would consider ghostwriting for another battle rapper.

“For me to sit there and do that, that costs money," he says. "If they came with the right amount of money in a short amount of time, I'd definitely do that. It's like if a girl goes and gets ass shots, it's the same thing. It's steroids for us, supplements. It's the same thing. It's no difference. Rims on a car: Same thing. It enhances. We good with that. I just care about money. I'm not one of them rappers that have morals. Morals don’t really exist in my world. I can’t buy things with morals. I'm about money. That’s all.”
