Dizaster Predicts Hollow Da Don, Joe Budden Battle Winner

"First round is gonna be crazy," Dizaster anticipates of Joe Budden's performance. "Inside the second and third round it's gonna be too long for him of a battle."

Offering up a prediction on the outcome of the Joe Budden and Hollow Da Don headlining battle at Total Slaughter in July, Dizaster said he thinks the Slaughterhouse rapper will lose 3-0.

“I think Joe is gonna fucking die,” he said in an interview with WatchLOUD. “Real shit. This is why no rappers can survive. His first round is gonna be fire. Obviously he’s gonna have all the crazy shit in it. But what people don’t understand and don’t get is that round, how he’s practicing in front of the mirror or whatever, that feel is not gonna be there once he’s battling. It’s not like doing a show. It don’t matter if he did for 50,000 people ‘cause those little teeny-boppers that come to fucking recite his lyrics are gonna be happy if he fucking took a shit onstage.”

Going into detail about where he thinks Budden’s lack of experience and stamina will hurt him, Dizaster said “he’s not conditioned to do that.”

“First round is gonna be crazy,” he said. “But inside the second and third round, it’s gonna be too long for him of a battle. Being inside it, once he’s there, it’s gonna start catching up to him. He’s not gonna be able to pull through the whole thing. You cannot just jump in. You need conditioning for that. His first round is gonna be fire. After that, he’s gonna get obliterated. So, if it’s not a 3-0. It’ll be a 2-1 for Hollow, second and third round. If [Joe Budden] wins a round, it’ll be the first round. That’s it...Because he’s not conditioned to do that. You don’t understand how much time passes when a round goes. You did a whole round, you just spit, now your opponent is spitting a whole round. So much shit is going on. So much time is passing. By the time you start rapping your second round, there’s still another round from him and another round from you. That in between space is where your stamina fucks off. That’s where experience comes into play. Keeping that same mentality and sting, he’s not gonna be able to do that. Canibus wasn’t able to do that, nobody will be.”

Listing a string of battlers who have made a come-back into the industry in recent months, Dizaster alluded that even “vets have trouble now.”

“To be honest with you, you look at how [Loaded] Lux came back, anybody that hasn’t done it or that’s trying to come back, it’s gonna be the same shit for them,” he said. “When Lux came back he choked miserably. When [Murda] Mook came back, we fell asleep through all five of his rounds, but he still made it ‘cause he’s actually a conditioned battler. Even him, taking that long off...Reed just came back at NOME. Everyone is saying he got 3-0’ed. Of course he’s gonna get [beat]. Soloman came back after so long, what happened to him? Couldn’t even get the crowd to react for a whole five rounds. If people were vets have trouble now, are only surviving off their name, somebody like Joe Budden...That’s not even from a point of view ‘cause I dislike him or anything. That’s just real shit. I think he’s gonna have a fire first round. That’s gonna be it. Watch. That’s my prediction. I guarantee it’s gonna go down that way.”

Joe Budden and Hollow Da Don are scheduled to battle at the premiere Total Slaughter event in New York City on July 12. A four-episode reality series leading up to the event is now airing on FuseTV.
