Music Of The Week: Mac Lethal, Ness Lee, Goodz

Mac Lethal announces an album due out this winter and Goodz previews his next project.

Well past the halfway mark of the fall season, BattleRap.com is back with another edition of Music of the Week. As always, we've collected a list of recent battle rapper music and packaged the tracks, freestyles, and videos in a single article.

This week we've got some battle bars from Danny Myers, some Don't Flop heat from Ness Lee, and a sneak peek at Mac Lethal's upcoming album Congratulations.

C3 - "Seen It All (Remix)"

Jacking the recent Jay Z/Jeezy collab "Seen It All" for the beat, top tier female battler C3 dropped off an in-studio performance of her own version.

Danny Myers - Bars For Hoffa

Not a song per se, but Danny Myers released some bars he'd prepped for a since-cancelled Math Hoffa battle. "I'm gonna spit the bars that I was supposed to spit at Math Hoffa," he says in the clip. Ahead of the bars, Myers hints that maybe the West Coast battle was cancelled after Hoffa was punched by Dizaster.

During the verses, Myers also calls out Charlie Clips and Tay Roc and confirms that he won't be battling at "Flatline 3."

Ness Lee - Don't Flop Freestyle

Jumping on a notorious Alchemist beat, Ness Lee spits some heat for a new Don't Flop drop. Showing off his skills on the mic with a crazy alliterative scheme and plenty more, Ness keeps it moving and at the end of the video lets everyone know that it was all originally intended for Leeds rapper Dialect.

Goodz - "Ready" (Freestyle)

Goodz is already looking ahead to his next musical release and took some time to tease the project for fans with a new freestyle.

Mac Lethal - "Sleepless And Senseless"

Using his quick-spit flow to criticize the rat-race of a 9-to-5 grind, Mac Lethal's "Sleepless And Senseless" is culled from the rapper's upcoming full length. The album, Congratulations, is due out this winter and he dropped off the latest set of visuals as the first in a series of previews and leftovers.

Brizz Rawsteen - "Hol' On Freestyle"

Brizz Rawsteen holds nothing back in a new track for The War Report's On Deck series.

Tabanacle - Don't Flop Drop

Still promoting the release of his The Red And Blue Pill project, Tabanacle is the latest to serve up a verse for Don't Flop's series.
