Quest MCODY Announced For "Blackout 5"

The WRC veteran is making his King Of The Dot debut in February.

Coming only hours after the announcement that Madchild is returning to King Of The Dot, a new trailer has revealed the next rapper on the card to be Detroit veteran Quest MCODY.

Quest, along with his partner Marv Won, was a big part of the WRC freestyle days in the mid-2000s. After that he battled a few times in Grind Time before a long hiatus from the scene. He's made his return over the last 12 months, first with a U.K. 2-on-2 battle with Marv against Don't Flop champs Shuffle-T and Marlo, and then in a local clash against Dyce Rolla for Detroit's Alpha League.

The modern-day battle rap fan may not be as familiar with (or as excited about) Quest, but with all the good things people are saying about his solo performance against Daylyt at BBG's "Power" card (a league he founded), that could change once the footage drops.
