Daylyt Announced For “Blackout 5”

Daylyt’s looking to continue his impressive KOTD streak at the February event.

The 29th announcement for King Of The Dot’s “Blackout 5” event is Watts, Calif. emcee Daylyt.

Daylyt had arguably the busiest 2014 out of anyone in battle rap with more than 20 battles on about a dozen different platforms, including a trio of standout performances on KOTD.

First off, at the league’s “Vendetta 2: Redemption” event in April, Daylyt battled Chilla Jones in what’s widely considered as a strong contender for battle of the year. He then had a stellar back-and-forth against Charlie Clips at “Battle Of L.A. 5” in June and finally wrapped up the year against KOTD Champion Pat Stay at “Flatline 3” in November, where he pulled a controversial "slave" antic.
