100 Bulletz Speaks On Rum Nitty No-Show

100 Bulletz gives his predictions ahead of Dizaster vs. Cassidy.

Prior to King Of The Dot’s “Flatline 3” event last November, Burlington, Canada rapper 100 Bulletz spoke with BattleRap.com to weigh in on the then-upcoming match between Dizaster and mainstream artist Cassidy.

Although siding with Dizaster, 100 Bulletz did compliment Cassidy on his confidence during the string of interviews he did during the lead-up to the battle.

“I was picking Dizaster by default because he’s a battle rapper, he’s a good battle rapper and Cassidy’s been everything but a battle rapper for a long time. But I’m not gonna lie, man, he talks a real good game. I made it through the press conference and I was still like, ‘Yo, Cass, you’re gonna die,’ but then it all came down to The War Report one with URL’s Norbes and all that and I’m like, ‘You know what, man? This guy’s way too cocky to really come out here and be wack and not win.’”

“A lot of people don’t get it but the bigger fan base wins,” 100 Bulletz continues. “Nothing is judged. So I always laugh when somebody’s like, ‘Yo, Eminem’ — Eminem can’t lose a battle. He has 25 million fans who will make him win, even if he lost. Eminem can’t lose so by the same token, Cassidy has more fans than Dizaster so even if Dizaster wins — which most people think is gonna happen [and] it should happen — but unless he Canibus-es himself [and] as long as Cassidy’s first two rounds [are good] then his fans will be like, ‘Yo, Cassidy’s still the greatest.’ Cassidy’s timeline will be filled with Cassidy fans, Dizaster’s timeline will be filled with Dizaster fans and the only time it collides is when they talk to each other. Other than that, Cassidy’s gonna win and Dizaster’s gonna win, unless something crazy goes down.”

100 Bulletz also addressed the cancelled FL3 battle between Rum Nitty and himself that didn’t go down because of apparent problems with Rum Nitty’s passport.

“Basically I guess he lost his passport,” 100 Bulletz explains. “He hit up Organik and them maybe almost two weeks prior to the event, they came up with the solution and then he had some more issues.”

“It’s a part of the game, right? People show up and they don’t,” he adds. “It all depends on how the league or the rappers or whatever respond to it. For me, I wrote a bunch of good stuff but at the end of the day it’ll get done, no homo, to somebody else.”

Lastly, 100 Bulletz offered his thoughts regarding the main event at “Flatline 3” between Pat Stay and Daylyt for the KOTD chain.

“There will be no winner,” he says. “There’s gonna be judges, there will be a winner but nobody will win. Daylyt always loses and wins. Pat [Stay] always wins but it won’t be a battle, so you can’t win if there’s no battle.”

Last month, 100 Bulletz was announced for King Of The Dot’s “Blackout 5” event. Read more about the card here and check out BattleRap.com’s predictions for the upcoming mystery event here.
