Osa Talks Opponents No-Showing

EXCLUSIVE: BattleRap.com talks to Osa before his battle at Day 2 of "Blackout 5."

During the press conference for King Of The Dot's "Blackout 5" event on Feb. 6, BattleRap.com caught up with Vancouver-via-Ottawa battler Osa.

Osa, who has been dipping in and out of the battle scene over the past few years, spoke about his past two opponents who no-showed on him, the first being Pass at “World Domination 4” in 2013, and then RemyD at “Blackout 4” early in 2014.

"A couple of people didn't show up," Osa says of his previous opponents. "There's an excellent rapper from The Bay named Passwurdz and I think he just lost interest in the idea of battling me, which is pretty fair.

"The second guy is a drug addict from St. Louis and his whole life is fucked," Osa adds. "[That's] RemyD." BattleRap.com ran into Remy last month at "Battle Of The Bay 7" in Oakland, who admitted he'd had some issues: "I'm getting back on my feet and paying off debts and shit. I came out [to California] and wilded out ... I'm good out here as long as I stay to myself."
