iBattle Announces Full Card For "Allegiance III"

Connecticut's iBattle league recently announced the full card for its upcoming event scheduled to go down on April 25.

The match-ups mostly feature emcees from the league’s own roster facing off against some visiting battlers.

There’s a few notable names on the card including Q Da General, who has been making some moves in the scene lately. Most recently, he faced off against Detroit native Tez at GZ Battles’ "Cold Front" in Toronto, which was his second appearance in the city in 2015 after a main event with Slow Loris in BeastMODE.

Q’s opponent, Tycoon Tax, is a familiar name on the King Of The Dot platform, but this will be his first time performing away from his home league. He last performed against Quest MCODY at KOTD’s “Blackout 5” in February.

Also of note is M. Ciddy, a strong writer and former URL PG from Detroit, going up against Cityy Towers, who faced T-Top in both of their URL debuts in 2014.

There’s also Hazey, an emcee from Hartford who had a standout battle at URL's PG event on "Summer Madness 4" weekend. He featured in BattleRap.com’s recap of the event as one of the strongest performers on the card, though the footage has yet to drop. He's paired against Xcel, who has been wildly active in 2014/2015, with his most recent battle against Born getting positive reviews from those who saw it in the venue.

New York emcee Showoff will also make his iBattle debut against notable newcomer Bangz.

"Allegiance III" goes down Saturday, April 25 at Club Vine, 70 Union Pl, Hartford, Conn. Doors open at 2:00 p.m. and the battles start at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are between $25 - $100 and you can buy them here. There's a $15 live pay-per-view available here.
