Sold out and happening this weekend (May 9-10), SMACK/URL’s “Night of Main Events 5” is buzzing all throughout the scene as the anticipation builds up. The biggest battle of the year so far — Hollow Da Don vs. Charlie Clips — has everybody putting in their two cents (or three).
“Crazy battle man, two of my favorite battle rappers. I don’t know why a lot of niggas don’t fuck with Hollow like they should,” says Chris Unbias of Unbias Review. Although, he added that Hollow Da Don’s weakness is consistency. “He battles to the level of his competition,” he said.
When it comes to Charlie Clips, Chris Unbias expects “the kind of Clips that came versus Rex” at SMACK/URL’s “Summer Madness 4.” In other words, potentially one of the most massive performances of the year.
