Daylyt Challenges Hitman Holla To High-Stakes Hoops

Daylyt says he’s willing to throw down $3,500 a bucket in a game of ball between himself and Hitman Holla.

Daylyt recently challenged Hitman Holla to a game of basketball after being goaded into facing him 1-on-1 by Hitman's doubles partner Aye Verb. Both emcees are heavily linked with basketball: Hitman Holla as a college baller and Daylyt as a regular uploader of videos showing off his moves.

Verb took to Instagram a few days back to propose the match-up.

“Quill, go head on, man,” Verb says in the IG clip. “I got Hitman easy and I’m willing to bet. I got three grand on Hitman. $200 for every point he beat you by, nigga. What’s up? I’m throwing the event. What’s up? And you bring somebody for Showwoutt. $5,000 two-on-two.”

Not long after Aye Verb’s post hit the Internet, Daylyt released a video blog to his YouTube account accepting the offer and warning Hitman of his skills when it comes to the court.

“The other day, Aye Verb put up a blog saying that he got $3,500 for a 1-on-1 game with me versus Hitman, and also we can run a 2-on-2 with Hitman and Showwoutt vs. me and whoever I choose,” Daylyt says. “This is what I’m really trying to tell you, Aye Verb. I do this, bro. I do this! Don’t put up a video saying, ‘Do you accept, Daylyt?’ You live in the area where Hitman live at. You need to tell Hitman to put up the video saying he accepts because VladTV tried to get us to play already for $10,000 a game, both players get $10,000 either way. And Hitman did not reply to calls, texts, tweets, nothing.”

Later in the blog, Daylyt decided to up the bet to $3,500 a bucket, instead of the previously proposed $3,500 a game.

“Tell Hitman, fuck that $3,500, we ain’t broke,” Daylyt says. “You on Wild 'N Out, I got gas stations and shit. Fuck that, let's up the bets, nigga. We ain’t lil’ niggas no more. We niggas, lets up the bets. $3,500 a bucket, nigga. Lets up it to that. Nigga every time you score, I gotta put $3,500 in the bucket. By the end of the game — what’s $3,500 times 16? That’s what the winner takes at the end of the day. That’s the game I wanna play. Hitman, do you accept my challenge? Aye Verb, call your man.”
