E. Farrell is extending his "top breakout performer of 2015" status with his biggest opponent yet: the always unpredictable Daylyt. The battle goes down at iBattle's "Takeover 3" in Connecticut on Sept. 12-13.
Farrell has built a sizable cult following through his often epic writing and constantly on-point Facebook presence in battle rap groups. His battles with DOT and Nikiya Osborn caught some nice buzz, and his as-of-yet unreleased footage against Sicarii (at KOTD's "MASSacre") and JShort (at Don't Flop D.C.) should help spread his name through bigger channels.
He told BattleRap.com: "I'm expecting Daylyt to do what Daylyt does. And hopefully he does it well for this one."
Daylyt, as per usual, has seesawed between brilliance and insanity with his performances this year, so here's hoping that he brings fire for this one.
In case you missed the first announcement for this event, it was for Jak Tripper vs. Tink Da Demon, a pitch-perfect match-up between two of the most interesting horrorcore-peddlers in the battle rap scene right now.
