T Top Recaps Shotgun Suge Battle

The co-headliner of the recent "Rookies vs. Vets" card gave his thoughts on what has generally been accepted as a thoroughly good battle.

"I think it was crazy, know what I mean?" he says. "I think we gave the fans what they wanted to hear, every round — it was action-packed. Of course I feel like I got it ... My first, I feel like it was undeniable, know what I mean? Probably going to be the craziest of the night ... His third was undeniable."

T Top makes the case for his third round being appreciated more once the footage drops. "When niggas see the footage they're gonna know what I did in my third," he promises. "My shit gon' get respected. My third round was for y'all."

While he believes he won, he doesn't downplay Suge's role in the battle. "He came and did what he was supposed to do. I came and did what the fuck I'm supposed to do. And we just did got one that's gonna get them views... we need a mil on this one."

He also takes the time to plug his upcoming record Bear Witness 2, and uses the moment to address the reputation of battlers as music-makers. "We got a bad rep... it's a new time. I'ma make sure I present that firstly in whatever I do."

Shotgun Suge Claims A 3-0 Victory

Suge also emerged from the battle radiating confidence in an interview with ThatShitIsHotSun!. "I feel great about it man, I came through, do what I do. Know what I'm saying? I think I took it 3-0."

He explains what set him apart from T Top in the battle. "Niggas say he talk that street shit, I talk that shit too," he says. "I know that shit like I know that back of my muhfuckin'... I know that shit like I know my name, you feel me? Easy one, man ... I think it was a 3-0 ... He was talking that shit though, but I bossed up on him basically. Like, he was talking that shit from a lil' nigga's standpoint, you know what I'm saying? I'm talking that shit like a nigga that already got it, nigga, that's gettin' it... I had to tell 'im I been there, lil' nigga."

Suge also continued to call out Hitman Holla for the league's "Summer Madness 5." "I'm looking for Hitman. He keep calling my name out ... if you gon' call my name then let's get it."
