After months of back and forth, Dizaster and Gjonaj are finally set to face off at King Of The Dot’s “Back To Baysics 3” on Oct. 24 in San Jose, Calif.
The match-up comes as a surprise since Gjonaj, who had his breakout performance in URL's PGs last year, called out Dizaster on the URL stage between battles at “Summer Madness 5” over the weekend and league boss Smack White even hinted at potentially putting the battle together.
Then two days later the match-up appeared as a surprise addition to the B2B3 card, which dropped in full this past Friday.
Dizaster and Gjonaj have a well-documented history with one another. What started out as a mutual appreciation has now blossomed into one of 2015’s most talked about rivalries. Last month at KOTD’s “World Domination 5,” the two went back and forth after Gjonaj caught wind of what Diz had said about him during an interview with BattleRap.com.
