Battlers Prep For "Double Impact"

Battlers and bloggers weigh in ahead of URL's March 26 event.

URL's "Double Impact" event will be bringing a new spin to the 2-on-2 tradition in battle rap today (March 26) by presenting an entire card dedicated to the doubles format.

The event features a strong combination of top tier talent, established up-and-comers and returning legends culminating in a main event showdown between NWX members DNA and K-Shine, who are credited by most for making 2-on-2 battles popular again in the culture, and newly formed team "Gun Titles," comprised of URL fan favorites Tay Roc and Tsu Surf.

The event also features the highly anticipated returns of Math Hoffa and Yung Ill to the URL main stage along with the URL debut of doubles veterans Marv Won and Quest Mcody.

We'll be in the building with updates today, so make sure you check back on the site or Twitter for the live play-by-play.
