Alki David Threatens Daylyt On Twitter

FilmOn founder Alki David also responds to Lush One on BattleRap.com.

In a bizarre twist in the ongoing "Ether" scandal, FilmOn CEO Alki David, whose company was behind the production and live pay-pay-view of the December event, responded to a tweet from Daylyt today (Dec. 29), threatening violence and a lawsuit.

Daylyt then posted some screenshots of a conversation with Dizaster, explaining that that's where he'd gotten the numbers. In those texts, Dizaster also writes "Its so fucked up // Man the whole culture got robbed // He sent me a 10K check outta that ... imagine I was the main event // He sent me 0.9% of what he made".

David responded to the figures, as well as to the allegations that FilmOn was to blame for the non-payment of rappers on the "Ether" card, in the comment section of BattleRap.com's recent interview with Lush One:

missed out so much..

Lush hired a bunch of artists made promises without ever telling me he promised anyone money

Event cost 350 000 in total plus the money paid to Lush another 30 K

Lush did not put a penny in to this show

The total revenues from pay pay-perview was 86 000 USD and refunded 22 300

The total tickets sold was 43 000 USD – Balasco has not paid back a penny because of the stage fiasco

Lush/KOTD channel on YouTube encoded FilmOn property as their own as their own with YouTube content ID – basically he stole content that belongs to FilmOn YouTube automatically flagged and shut down channel including FIlmOn’s forcing FilmOn to now sue YouTube

FilmOn was attacked by denial of service for hosting the show because someone has clearly pissed off someone

The event in the garage was totally my idea and I had to force Diz to do it here. Until then I had little ir no role in the event as I was in the UK,.

(We can verify David's identity in that comment because he sent BattleRap.com the same statement when we reached out via email.)

In addition to that quote, David also tweeted at Serius Jones directly on Dec. 28, laying blame for non-payment at Lush One's feet:

Alki-David-Serius-Jones

David is no stranger to litigation, and has been on both sides of many court cases.

David also responded to the long-running @DaylytsDick parody account today, which had gotten into the mix:

... prompting Daylyt to distance himself from the tweets.
