J-Pro Announced For “Blackout 5”

J-Pro is scheduled to battle a mystery opponent at the February event.

West Coast emcee J-Pro is the latest rapper to be revealed for KOTD's "Blackout 5."

The Oxnard emcee joins Hitman Holla, Shotty Horroh, Dumbfoundead and more on the mystery card, where the battlers are announced, but not their opponents. Fans will only find out the match-ups when both battlers take the stage in Toronto on February 7-8.

If you missed any of the Blackout announcements, see them all here.

First cutting his teeth in the Assault & Battling league, J-Pro has worked behind-the-scenes as a KOTD Fresh Coast staff member and has assembled an impressive catalogue with a string of standout matches. He's previously put his punch-heavy style up against Aftershock, KG The Poet, Sun Tzu, JC and Anygma on the KOTD stage.

In 2014, J-Pro made only two appearances. First at “Blackout 4” against 100 Bulletz and most recently against The Deadman at KOTD’s “BBQ Battles Beer” event in Los Angeles in September.

King Of The Dot’s “Blackout 5” event goes down on Feb. 7-8 at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Toronto, Canada.
