URL Proving Grounds boss Norbes has released the line-up for the "Summer Madness 5" card, which goes down today (Sept. 27) in at Left Field Bar (87 Ludlow St.) in Manhattan.
Headlining the event is a non-PG one-off, between Cortez and Cyssero (that we already wrote about here) that has been rumored to be in the works for what seems like years.
Here are a few of the announced match-ups for the rest of the day:
- Illanoiz vs. Brooklyn Carter
- Young Scotty vs. Dre Dennis
- Mike P vs. Haixian
- Ave vs. Nunn Nunn
- Bonus vs. Statz Grandy
- Remedy Loco vs. Sammy Wild 100's
Fans may already be familiar with several names of the card from their previous PG appearances, including NOME5 PG standouts Nunn Nunn, Ave and Haixian.
Mike P, the ubiquitous Facebook blogger, will be making his highly anticipated debut for the league as well.
Sammy Wild 100's is a Chicago native who's made some noise in GO-Rilla Warfare and RBE and has recently been getting some bigger names, taking on Young Kannon and throwing down with DNA on the patio at Don't Flop Chicago.
MyVerse vs. C3 had originally been announced for the card, but was cancelled earlier this week.
