The BullPen Battle League has released full details for the upcoming "Cold War" card. The event brings seven battles to Atlanta, mixing big names with up-and-comers to create a strong card that promotes new talent while maintaining national relevance.
The full card is as follows:
- DNA & K-Shine vs. Math Hoffa & Cortez
- Syahboy vs. Arsonal
- PC vs. Cyssero
- Brixx Belvedere vs. B Magic
- Riggz vs. D Flamez
- Killa vs. Zig Zag
- Fonzie vs. Duce
John John Da Don, who runs BBL and who headlined its inaugural "Genisys" event against Charlie Clips on Oct. 18, will be hosting alongside actor and hip-hop artist Bow Wow.
The main event pits NWX members DNA & K-Shine, who have been doing an insane number of 2-on-2 battles lately, against long-time NYB crewmates (but first-time 2-on-2 teammates) Math Hoffa & Cortez.
Syahboy follows up his DNA performance at "Genisys" with another shot at a big name when he and Arsonal face off. St. Louis emcee B Magic will take on Atlanta native and fellow punchliner Brixx Belvedere. Also notable is PC (AKA Grindtime veteran Punchline Champion) going up against Cyssero, the Philly throwback who recently made his modern-era debut against Cortez in a one-off at URL's "Summer Madness 5" Proving Grounds.
Standout North Carolina newcomers Riggz, Fonzie and Zig Zag also return to the roster.
The event is going down between 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Dec. 20 at Taboo Bistro & Bar 2, 6075 Roswell Rd in Atlanta, Ga.
