There are very few people in battle rap who have been around as long or who have seen as much as The Saurus. Regarded by many as the best of the freestyle era, he’s stayed remarkably active and consistent during the written era both as a battler and as a fan.

Ahead of his battle with Daylyt at KOTD's "Back To Basics 4," The Saurus caught up with BattleRap.com editor-in-chief Chris Mitchell to give his thoughts on the current landscape of the scene. See his thoughts after the battle too.
